The Role Scope
To provide analytical support on the service levels the carriers provide versus the SLA’s in place, and any other business reporting associated within this area.
✨Role key responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for all delivery management protocols including

Analysing and timely submission of carrier claims

Updating and reporting of Carrier Service levels - and associated SLA related claims

Reconciliation and sign off of all carrier invoices (and credits)

Reporting on losses V claims,
-
Reporting and improving ad hoc surcharges (ie relabelling, exceptions, light and large)

Suggesting alternative carrier routing to minimise claims based on insurance, losses

Reviewing new carrier options/services

Returns Carrier management, reporting and claims

Attending Monthly Carrier Meetings/ Reviews

Attend internal and external meetings to represent the department and/or Company as required

Complete all training to the highest possible standard and within a timely manner and ensure that professional qualifications (where relevant) ae kept up to date

Work safely at all times with due regard for yourself, visitors, contractors and work colleagues; fully compliant with the Company Health and Safety policy and procedures

Manage all person-identifiable data with due care and diligence, and fully in line with the Company's Data Protection and Privacy Policy. Specifically, ensure that any processing of person-identifiable data is lawful, fair, transparent, specified, explicit and legitimate. Moreover, that person-identifiable data is adequate, relevant, not excessive, accurate and up-to-date. Protects person-identifiable data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, or accidental loss, destruction or damage
