The Role Scope
- Oversee a team of Team Leaders and ensure KPIs are tracked and met
- Manage productivity and workflow across warehouse operations
- Support and coach your team to meet performance standard
- Handle day-to-day HR responsibilities (e.g. absence, training, discipline)
- Encourage improvements and ideas from the team
- Step in for the departmental manager when needed
