Pay: £13.95 Monday - Friday and £17.44 Saturday & Sunday

The Role Scope
✨Direct vehicle movement on site using clear hand signals and verbal communication.
✨Ensure safe operations in compliance with health and safety regulations.including assessment of inbound loads to ensure they are safe to unload
✨Facilitate smooth loading and unloading by communicating and managing effectively with drivers and operators.
✨Conduct regular inspections of the work area and equipment to identify hazards or obstructions.
✨Maintain site cleanliness and organisation to ensure a safe working environment.
✨Promptly report incidents or near misses to the Supervisor or Shift Manager
✨Manage site access -coordinating and communicating with drivers, banksman and other personnel , in line with booking schedules
✨Coordinate the entry and exit of all personnel and vehicles.
✨Ensure that all resources have received relevant training before conducting tasks within the Yard work areas
✨Ensure that all staff are using the appropriate PPE and Safety Equipment
✨Any other warehouse duties when not conducting the above role.
