The Role Scope
β¨ As the dedicated HR Manager at our warehouse distribution centre you will be line managing a team of HR Advisors and providing quality guidance to our senior team. Driving fairness, consistency and efficiency across the HR function and management process thereby minimising business risk around complex HR issues. You will be proficient at designing and delivering training programmes promoting upskilling and excellence in our management team, as well as experienced in managing projects from start to finish.
