The Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Front End Developer to join our agile Scrum team. As a Front End Developer at MandM Direct, you will play a key role in crafting cutting -edge solutions using the latest technologies. Reporting to one of our senior developers, you'll be responsible for creating high -quality code, from inception to delivery, and providing support once it goes live. Your code will be the backbone of our digital offerings, ensuring they meet the acceptance criteria and operate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Coding Excellence: Develop new programs, refactor existing code, create automation scripts, and integrate systems using best practices.
Documentation: Maintain clear and organised documentation for all software developed
Code Review: Ensure that all software undergoes thorough review
Technical Leadership: Take technical responsibility across all states and iterations of software development, adhering to agreed standards and tools
System Knowledge: build and retain a deep understanding of the systems maintained by MandM Direct.
Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your scrum team and other departments, resolving issues together
Problem solving: Seek assistance from the team and other experts when encountering roadblocks, ensuring quick resolution
